Refund Policy
Because our costs for this retreat are based on the number of guests we are expecting, and because we begin to make payments thirty days before the beginning of the event, our refund policy is as follows: Guests who cancel their registration before September 1st will receive a full refund. Guests who cancel their registration on or after September 15th, and before the registration period closes, will receive a 50% refund for their registration fee. We cannot give refunds for guests who cancel their registration after the registration period closes on October 1st, or who do not show up for the event.
