The Shamanic Breathwork® model is built on a spiral path of birth, death and rebirth, moving through six elements, Water, Earth, Fire, Spirit, Air and Imaginal Cells. This Path at Mystic Fire will focus on two elements, Earth and Fire. Earth is grounding and often invites the journeyer to transform family of origin and childhood experiences, inviting the journeyer to release limits based on lived experience and expand beyond the material identity as human, embracing more fully their spiritual essence and identity.  Fire is entering the cauldron to burn off the dross of limitations and refine the essence of the journeyer’s path and purpose in the seen world, resulting in a powerful new presence in the world.

Shamanic Breathwork® is a process of activating your own inner shaman through creating a safe container, deep breathing and evocative music. The process opens up an inner world to explore archetypes, heal past experiences and integrate previously untapped potential.
